1. The standards herein are applied to cultivated land for growing grain crops.

2. The annual output value of the land for growing special crops, vegetables and fruits should be above the standard of Grade I land herein. But the output value of cotton-growing land may not be 1.5 times higher the standard of Grade I herein, the output value of fruit garden may not be 2 times higher, that of vegetable-growing land may not be 3 times higher the standard and that of grape land may not 4 times higher the standard. Land for growing other cash crops, the compensation fee should be calculated according to the actual annual output value.
