work related to land taking. In this service pattern, government agencies of
land administration or its affiliated land service institution shall finish

institution the land taking work at the price listed in the chart and within the
time limit agreed on by them and the land takers. The expenses incurred for the
work related to land taking are included in the price listed.
Part service: government agency of land administration or its affiliated land service institution shall do all the work related to land taking within the time limit agreed on by them and the land takers. The expenses incurred for the work related to land taking are not included in the price listed. Land takers shall pay the expenses according to the actual cost incurred.
Single-item service:
