[Tarkshken Port]
  
           As a highway port, Tarkshken Port is situated in Qinghe County of Altay Prefecture and neighbors on Burgan County, Kebudo Province of Mongol. The port was opened in July 1989 and is open 15—30 of April—December every year. It is 90 km away from the seat of Qinghe County, 380 km away from the city of Altay and 570 km away from Urumqi; 60 km away from Burgan County of Mongol and 270 km from the city of Kebudo. Buses have been open from Qinghe County of China to Burgan County of Mongol and passengers from both countries can change buses at the port.
