Information for Registration of Foreign-Invested Enterprise

 Foreign-invested enterprise must, within 30 days after the contract and statute is approved and receiving the permit for the enterprise, apply to competent authority for registration by presenting permit. When applying, the following documents and materials are required:

1)Application registration form of foreign-invested enterprise;

2)Approval document for project proposal or feasibility study report; 

3)Approval document for contract and statute;

4)Permit for foreign-invested enterprise;

5)Contract and statute; 

6)Name list of board directors;  

7)Document concerning the posts of board directors;

8)ID certificates of directors;

9)Document concerning the post, ID certificate and registration form of legal representative;  

10)Legal certificates for the opening of business of the investors;

11)Certificate of creditworthiness of the investors;

12)Certificates for use of site;

13)Advice note for prior approval of name of foreign-invested enterprise;

14)Other documents or certificates needed.
