2. Key information on the enterprise to be set up

Including: foreign-funded company’s name, address, purpose, nature (limited), business scope, production scale, total investment, registered capital and terms of operation. 

3. Composition of investment

4. Arrangement for production

To give a brief description of demands at home and abroad, variety of product, use, scale, technological process, technology to be used, market and the percentage for export.

5. Raw materials and source

6. Sources of services necessary for production, including: water, electricity, and transportation.

7. Construction conditions, lease, new building, area and budget estimate for plant buildings. 

8. Measures and facilities for environment, safety, health and the basis. 

9. The management and number of workers of the foreign-funded enterprise.
