Documents Required for Submitting Contract and Articles of Association

1. Special contracts or attachments as attachment of Contract

2. Legal person qualification certificates of Chinese and foreign parties

3. Project proposals and their approval documents

4. Feasibility study report and approval documents 

5. Name list of board of directors and the legal appointment document

6. Credit certificates of foreign parties

7. If the projects involve examination and approval by corresponding sector administrative departments, state assets evaluation, import or export permits control, then approval documents or certificates issued by concerned departments should be submitted.   

8. “Notice of Enterprise Name Registration Verification and Approval” issued by administrative departments for industry and commerce.

9. List of equipments to be imported.
