Brief Introduction to the Owner of the Project：
Zhaosu County has relatively rich water power resources, the min. effective value of which available for development in the whole county is 1360000 KW. Sengmutasi hydropower station is located at the southwest of Zhaosu County. Aheyazi River, the largest branch of Teks River, comes out from the mountain pass. The branch has average annual flow of 55.4m3/s，annual runoff is 17.4亿m3，dry-season flow min. is 11.56m3/s. The project is at the center of the load of the whole region, near county seat and has good transport，preparing favorable basic conditions for development of water and hydropower resources.
