Project Construction (Production) Scale and Content：
Urumqi International Logistics Center Project is designed to the largest international logistics hub combining air, railway and highway transportation in West China to carry out logistics development. The center will give full play to role of bridgehead of Eurasia Continental Bridge for “ connecting the east to the west, and introducing from the west the east” by establishing international logistics limited liability company with domestic and international markets, especially markets of Central Asia and Europe as target market and trading, presentation, storage, processing and information service as main functions，in mode of “government-based investment promotion, market-oriented operation, unified construction and professional operation ” . The professional sections will be construction and operated by the company. Investment in phase-1 project will be 1.958 billion yuan，IRR 8.35% and static terms of recovery for the investment 7.84 year. The project has planned area of 5370 mu，of which 2895 mu is designed for phase -1 project. All initial preparation plans have been completed and open investment promotion activities are under way. Pre-selected site drawings are available.

Feasibility analysis statement, demonstration and land plan for the project have been completed. Planned area:5370 mu.
