Project Construction (Production) Scale and Content：
To realize the purpose of annual producing 200000 tons of ethanol for fuel in five years in Shache County. To construct ethanol for fuel production base with sweet Kaoliang as main raw material. The project will need investment of 180 million yuan in fixed assets and construction period of five years（2006——2010）. Under condition of stable ethanol output，efforts will be made to gradually carry out fine chemical industry and deep processing of byproducts（fodder, paper making and medium density board, etc）.
Current Situation of the Project：
It is planned to complete initial input before Dec. 31, 2006, and planned input is 50 million yuan. Under condition of meeting the need of raw material for production，output for the first year should be 40000—50000 tons of ethanol for fuel，doubled in the second year, and be 150000 tons in the third year till 200000 tons in 2010.
