Project Construction (Production) Scale and Content：
Gongliu County is a large animal husbandry county with very rich water and land resources. The county now boasts natural meadow of 4.1425 million mu. In eastern mountain area there are deep forest and rich and quality grass, main place of summer meadow of the whole county. The 500000-mu beach land meadow at the south side of Yili River is good winter meadow. The county now has animals of 600000，preparing greatly rich animal organs resources to annually offer livers of 200 —400tons， cartilage of 30tons and bile of 20tons as well as a great number of lymph, placenta, casing, mucosa and pancreas, etc, most of which are discarded as wastes, causing waste of resources. To extract bio-medicine with animal byproducts as raw materials is characterized by less investment and more benefit，and becomes popular in the world. The raw materials needed can be gained from both home and abroad，the products can be sold domestically and internationally. Therefore，Gongliu County Party Committee and People’s Government decide to take full advantage of local resources to construct a comprehensive bio-pharmaceutical factory with capacity to annually produce bile extract of 15 tons，sulfur chondroitin of two tons and bile cream and cholic acid of two tons.
