It is essential to build a grape production base for effectively transforming the advantage of local resources into economic advantage to speed up the local economic development and eliminate poverty of coal peasants and herdsmen. In the project of "seven star" windbreak for prevent wind and send, Bayangol Prefecture is to cultivate and plant 70 thousand mu of ecological and economic forest base in Yanqi, while 60 thousand mu in Hejing county.

Estimated investment and Profit Analysis of the Project: the general investment of the project is 408.1 million Yuan, in which, 241.51 million Yuan is invested in Seven-star Township, and it will be completed in 5 years; the rate of investment profit is 39%. 166.59 million Yuan is invested in Hejing County, which is completed in 3 stages for 7 years; the rate of investment profit is 56%.
